User-provided queries are collected for generating AI-based responses for the queries and to improved response generation.
User-provided content such as issue related information are used to generate required documents.
We shall use your email address to send you communications or reply to any of your emails sent by you through email or under the ‘Report Issues’ or ‘Feedback’ or 'Subscribe' or 'Contact Us' section of the Portal.
We may send notifications to you which may be promotional or informative in nature, using the Personal Details shared by you.
We may use the User Information collected for research and data analysis.
Further, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, we shall have the right to collect and analyze data and other information relating to the provision, use and performance of various aspects of our services, impact analysis, related systems and technologies, and we will be free, irrespective of the termination of your Account, to use such information and data of User in deidentified/anonymous form-
(i) to improve and enhance our services and for other development, diagnostic and corrective purposes in connection with our services and other offerings, and
(ii) disclose user information or data solely in aggregate or other de-identified form in connection with our services.
We may aggregate data from many users after anonymizing personal details to come up with performance metrics and summaries of the types of grievances faced by users, or user location etc.

We may provide your user information to vendors and service agencies that we may engage to assist us in providing our services to you. For example, we use Amazon Web Services (or such other similar data storage and hosting service as decided by SunvAI) to host our Site and Services and store data. Such third-party entities are obligated to use your personal data solely to provide the services to us.
SunvAI may be required, under the law or by law enforcement officials, to disclose User Information. In such an event, notwithstanding anything mentioned in the Terms, Policy or anywhere on Portal, SunvAI may access, use, share, preserve, transfer and/ or disclose User Information to such law enforcement officials, when SunvAI reasonably determines it is necessary and appropriate.

SunvAI does not have any control over third-party websites and therefore, disclaims any liability for the use of such external links or any contents downloaded from such websites. The third-party websites are not governed by this Policy. Hence, you are advised caution when browsing such websites.
7. How do we ensure the security of your information?
We implement security measures designed to protect User Information from unauthorized access, loss, use, alteration and storage using standard, industry-wide, commercially reasonable security practices and procedures as required by the law for the time being in force.
Industry standard 128-bit or 256-bit secure encryption SSL2 or TLS protocol is used for encryption and firewalls. User access control information is directly handled by industry standard third-party authentication provided and not stored on SunvAI platform.
When SunvAI learns about a security breach, SunvAI will notify you of such breach, through the contact information shared by you. Therefore, you, hereby, consent to such notifications being sent to you by SunvAI regarding security and privacy issues and concerns.

In the event, SunvAI undergoes a merger, acquisition or dissolution, you hereby, consent to the transfer of the User Information to another person or entity, as the case may be.
